You will support daily living skills, medication management, community participation, and independence, with ongoing training and team support. This role offers approximately $80,000 per year (tax-free) plus monthly rent and expenses, and a work-from-home opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must reside in Iowa.
• Own/Rent own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse.
• Active homeowner’s or renter’s insurance.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training.
• Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision‑making.
• Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Helping someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging.
• Providing transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintaining documentation and communication with the Mosaic support team.
• Helping someone build confidence, develop independence, and pursue personal goals.
• Assistance with personal care activities
