Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Inspector in Marietta, GA. With the Orkin brand and comprehensive training, you can protect homes while earning commission-based pay with a first-year potential of $80K.

No prior industry experience is required; you will receive award-winning training, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will conduct 360 inspections and present pest protection solutions to homeowners in their residences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required; award-winning training provided.
• Valid driver's license required; pesticide license may be required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attic to crawlspace and beyond to protect homes.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions.
• Prospect for new business and manage assigned leads with available advertising leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet customers at their homes to discuss options.
• Explain inspection findings and set clear expectations with customers.
