Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Inspector in Georgia to perform comprehensive inspections from attics to crawlspaces, assess needs, and propose strategic pest protection solutions. No industry experience is required as Orkin provides extensive training and leads.

You’ll build trusted relationships with homeowners while advancing a career with a recognized industry leader. The role emphasizes prospecting, scheduling appointments, explaining services, and closing sales in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain pest solutions.
• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads with advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address questions while setting expectations.
• Prepare sales agreements using the company-provided iPad and complete training as needed.
