Orkin is hiring a Home Sales Inspector in Macon, GA. You will perform 360 home inspections and provide expert recommendations to protect homes and families, using the Orkin training and tools to close sales. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required to start the career.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic customer recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attic to crawlspace to protect homes and families.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions.
• Win over customers with confidence and care.
• Develop new business and respond to assigned leads; leverage advertising.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet clients in their homes.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and explain processes.
• Create sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized.
