Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely use a ladder.
• Able to climb, crawl, and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using an iPad.
• Work independently and maximize self-generated leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
