Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions as needed.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely use ladders and PPE per OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by demonstrating value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with company iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, and maximize leads.
