Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and access crawl spaces/attics.
• Wear PPE, possibly OSHA respirator.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term benefits.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with company iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, and maximize self-generated opportunities.
