Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers, delivering a customer-focused experience and building trust in the local community. You will collaborate with the Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify revenue opportunities, create proposals, complete home diagrams, and follow up on leads.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes, assess pest issues, and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals and resolve pest issues while expanding services.
• Complete home diagram using CRM to map customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily sales activities and CRM records.
