Milton Keynes City Council is seeking a Home Ownership Manager within Housing Operations to lead the Home Ownership team and deliver high-quality leasehold and home ownership services across the borough.
You will oversee leasehold management, service charges, major works consultation and Right to Buy, ensuring compliance with housing legislation and standards. A Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 qualification, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
