Closets by Design is seeking a results-driven designer to meet with homeowners across New Jersey, assessing their organizational needs and presenting custom closet solutions. No experience required as comprehensive training is provided, with pre-set appointments and full support from a team of managers.

Role is commission-based, offering a flexible schedule and pathways for advancement. You will travel locally to client homes and be part of a nationally recognized leader in home organizing

Qualifikationen

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.

Aufgaben

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
