Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who enjoy helping people and organizing spaces. You will meet clients in their homes, design custom closets and organizational solutions, and present concepts with clear pricing.

Training is provided and no prior experience is required. The role offers hybrid remote work with flexible schedules, mentorship, and opportunities to grow toward senior design positions while working close to home, with all leads and marketing materials

Qualifications

• No degree or certification required.
• Coachable with growth mindset and willingness to complete paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle, valid license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and style preferences.
• Design custom closets and organizational solutions.
• Present concepts, layouts, finishes and pricing clearly.
• Prepare measurements, quotes and proposals.
• Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
