Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients and caregivers.
• Answer questions, process paperwork, and assist with intake and data entry.
• Deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use of equipment.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and secure equipment during transport.
• Work with the team to ensure patients receive needed equipment and support.
• Protect patient privacy and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Use email, Microsoft Office, phones, and other standard office tools.
• Lift and transport equipment up to 65+ pounds with a valid driver’s license.
