Job summary

Tews Company in Cheyenne seeks a Medical Equipment Driver and Customer Service Representative. This role combines delivering and setting up medical equipment with first-rate customer service for patients and caregivers.

You will travel daily to patient homes, instruct on equipment use, handle intake tasks, and support billing and logistics. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with medical equipment or in healthcare-related roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers, sets up, and maintains medical equipment at patient homes using company or personal vehicle.
• Completes delivery paperwork including invoices, work orders, and logs.
• Verifies insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance).
• Educates patients/caregivers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Coordinates deliveries with location staff and assists walk-in patients.
