Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Medical Equipment Technician to deliver, set up, and support respiratory and home medical equipment in patients' homes, clinics, or care settings. You will educate patients and caregivers to ensure safety and independence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, and service respiratory and home medical equipment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Respond to equipment issues and document service activities.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
• Safely operate company vehicle and follow safety standards.
• Coordinate with care teams to support patient care and reimbursement.
