Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely and timely deliver home medical equipment, set up devices, and educate patients on proper use. The role includes participating in on-call rotations and maintaining equipment and routes with a focus on patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience required.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Non-CDL drivers: 18+, CDL drivers: 21+.
• Must have good people skills and excellent speaking and writing abilities.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain driving record.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to routes and schedules.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with transportation laws.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle, ensuring safety during loading/unloading.
• Build strong patient and internal team relationships.
• Keep delivery vehicle and warehouse clean and organized per FDA/DOT protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotations during evenings and weekends for patient emergencies.
