Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of delivery experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Must have a valid, state-issued driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive for a significant portion of the day delivering, setting up equipment, servicing and maintaining, and coordinating with branch staff and patients to complete orders within normal hours.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper use, care, and safety of equipment; report concerns immediately.
• Provide daily account of activities and asset reconciliation, including route sheets and manifests.
• Assume on-call responsibilities during non-business hours, including nights and weekends.
• Process all orders timely with appropriate paperwork and system entry.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment per guidelines.
• Ensure proper care and tracking of company assets in the software; bag/tag incoming equipment.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean, safe, and maintained; operate them safely.
• Perform warehouse tasks as needed (cleaning, inventory, stocking, receiving).
• Maintain professional interactions and appearance; be respectful in all communications.
• Duties may change at management's discretion.
