Qualifications

• Medical or respiratory experience.
• A valid Respiratory Therapist license in the State in which you practice.

Responsibilities

• Install/deliver respiratory therapist equipment and provide supplies to patients at home and assess equipment.
• Maintain records, charting, progress notes, clinical files, and equipment/maintenance documentation.
• Maintain inventory of Sleep Management assets and supplies.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and service as required.
• Ensure all demographic and professional status information is up to date.
• Oversee applicable regulatory rules and guidelines.
• Orient and train new respiratory therapist staff and technicians.
• Support billing accuracy and third-party payor guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical, managerial, and sales staff to promote home respiratory services.
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment prior to installation.
• Provide availability for patient contact and on-call on a rotating schedule.
• Work with RTs, PCCs, and departments to complete tasks.
