Job summary

Agiliti in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Customer Service Technician I to support delivery and equipment management for healthcare locations. You will safely load and deliver equipment, educate customers on features, and ensure accurate documentation for billing and inventory.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work a 24/7 schedule with potential evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Customer service experience; hospital setting helpful.
• Basic computer skills.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers; retrieve equipment from locations and return to the office.
• Educate and engage customers at delivery, explaining features and functionality.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
