Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely home medical equipment deliveries, provide equipment setup, and educate patients on proper use. The role requires maintaining a safe driving record, adhering to routes, and assisting patients with care instructions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of driving experience; a health care background is a plus. On-call responsibilities may include evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicle.
• Establish and maintain positive relations with patients and team members.
• Ensure compliance with FDA protocols and DOT regulations.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings and weekends for emergencies.
