Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely and timely deliver home medical equipment, set up devices, and educate patients on proper usage. You will follow patient orientation checklists, maintain equipment, and support on-call coverage in evenings and weekends.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of driving experience, and a valid driver's license. CDL is not always required for non-CDL positions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with transportation laws.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and ensure loading safety.
• Establish and maintain positive relations with patients and staff.
• Keep vehicle and warehouse clean and compliant with FDA protocols.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings and weekends as needed.
