Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a Delivery Technician to deliver durable medical equipment to patients at home. The role includes loading and unloading equipment, documenting deliveries, and assisting with basic equipment use. You will respond to urgent delivery needs and ensure patient safety during every visit.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 1 year of related experience, and a minimum of 3 years driving history. Training and compliance with DOT and FDA standards are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year related experience required.
• Minimum 3 years driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver durable medical equipment and supplies to patients’ homes.
• Instruct patients on basic use of equipment.
• Load/unload equipment from the delivery vehicle.
• Complete daily delivery logs and related paperwork.
• Notify supervisor of unsafe home environments.
• Maintain patient profiles and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report malfunctions.
