You will transition away from the back-office tasks as HF Home takes on scheduling, billing and collections, while you stay focused on client relationships and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years directly serving Highlands-area homeowners.
• Reliable network of local trades and subs.
• Hands-on capability across general home repair.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as sole contact for a portfolio of homeowners.
• Visit homes weekly and assess needs.
• Perform small repairs and guide larger projects.
• Staff trades and coordinate carpenters, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, roofing.
