Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a nursing home or similar care setting.
• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in social care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of care professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans with healthcare professionals, residents and families.
