Job summary

Find Medical is recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider to appoint a Home Manager for a nursing home in Cleveland. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive quality of care, occupancy and team performance, and ensure regulatory compliance and commercial success.

The ideal candidate will have Home Manager experience in nursing homes, a strong understanding of elderly and dementia care, excellent leadership and communication skills, and thorough knowledge of CQC regulations.
