Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills are required.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 100 lbs).
• Endurance to perform strenuous tasks.
• Ability to safely climb ladders.
• Work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow).
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Ability to excel in and contribute to a team environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and post-offer drug screen.

Responsibilities
