Qualifications

• All required state and federal mortgage licenses.
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen referral pipelines through engagement with national trade, local industry and community organizations.
• Lead consumer-focused outreach such as homebuyer education sessions and community events.
• Advise clients on residential mortgage products to tailor solutions.
• Originate high-quality loans meeting Prosperity guidelines with exceptional service.
• Analyze financial and credit data to recommend loan programs and risk profiles.
