Prosperity Home Mortgage is seeking a dynamic Mortgage Consultant to join our growing team and help families navigate the home financing journey in their local community.

You will guide clients through loan options, analyze finances, present rate and option choices, and coordinate the complete application process from initial contact to closing, while building lasting relationships with realtors and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requested.
• Minimum 2 years in mortgage industry with proven success.
• Valid NMLS license required.
• Proficiency with social media for networking and business development.
• Willingness to travel within your local market area.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by representing the Prosperity Home Mortgage brand through realtors, builders and partnerships.
• Provide consultative guidance on residential mortgage programs, rates, and policies.
• Lead the loan process from initial contact to closing, coordinating with processing and closing teams.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
