Job summary

WIN Home Inspection - Troy is seeking an Alabama-licensed Home Inspector to join our growing team and serve clients throughout the Troy, Greenville, and surrounding areas. The position may be part-time or full-time and offers competitive commission-based pay.

The Home Inspector will conduct thorough residential and commercial property inspections, document findings, and clearly communicate results to clients and real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Home Inspector License.
• Dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with clients and real estate professionals.
• Ability to climb ladders, navigate roofs, and enter attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas.
• Ability to lift approximately 40-50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to sign a required non-disclosure agreement.
• Previous home inspection, construction, contracting, or building experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough residential and commercial property inspections.
• Document findings clearly and communicate inspection results to clients and real estate professionals.
• Work independently in the field while representing WIN Home Inspection with professionalism and integrity.
