Job summary

WIN Home Inspection in Troy is seeking an Alabama-licensed Home Inspector to join our team and serve clients throughout the Troy, Greenville and surrounding areas. The role may be part-time or full-time and offers competitive commission-based pay.

The inspector will conduct thorough residential and commercial property inspections, document findings, and clearly communicate results to clients and real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• Must hold Alabama Home Inspector license and be licensed in good standing.
• Dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in the field.
• Excellent customer service and communication with clients and real estate professionals.
• Ability to climb ladders, navigate roofs, and access attics and crawlspaces.
• Ability to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Must pass a background check and sign NDA.
• Previous home inspection or construction experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential and commercial property inspections.
• Document findings and clearly communicate inspection results to clients and real estate professionals.
• Work independently in the field representing WIN Home Inspection with professionalism and integrity.
