Job summary

WIN Home Inspection in Troy is seeking an Alabama-licensed Home Inspector to join our team and serve clients throughout the Troy, Greenville and surrounding areas. The role may be part-time or full-time and offers competitive commission-based pay.

The inspector will conduct thorough residential and commercial property inspections, document findings, and clearly communicate results to clients and real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• Must hold Alabama Home Inspector license and be licensed in good standing.
• Dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in the field.
• Excellent customer service and communication with clients and real estate professionals.
• Ability to climb ladders, navigate roofs, and access attics and crawlspaces.
• Ability to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Must pass a background check and sign NDA.
• Previous home inspection or construction experience is a plus but not required.

Home Inspector - Troy/Greenville Area

WIN Home Inspection - Troyis seeking an Alabama-licensed Home Inspector to join our growing team and serve clients throughout the Troy, Greenville, and surrounding areas. This position may be part-time or full-time and offers competitive commission-based pay.

The Home Inspector will conduct thorough residential and commercial property inspections, document findings, and clearly communicate inspection results to clients and real estate professionals. Inspectors work independently in the field while representing WIN Home Inspection with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.

We provide professional insurance coverage, inspection tools, company apparel, technology needed to perform inspections and follow-ups, and continued education and training.
