Job summary

Role and Responsibilities:

• Able to utilize smartphone technology to access company programs
• Highly organized, flexible, deadline and detail-oriented
• Inspect various systems within a variety of houses (attics, roofs, crawl spaces, electric panels) within the framework of the Standards of Practice (InterNACHI)
• Understand the full and complete inspection process
• Effectively and in a friendly manner explain, help, and review information and inspection findings to customers and agents
• Know and understand inspection auxiliary services and how to educate clients about them
• Enter data into a smartphone, take and upload pictures, use of email and instant messaging communication
• Build and sustain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in managing client relationships and addressing client concerns
