Job summary

Stone Hendricks Group is seeking a Home Infusion Sales Specialist to expand access to home infusion therapy across Southern California. You will build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and physicians, educate providers on our services, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient transitions to home infusion.

You have a healthcare background, at least 3 years in healthcare sales or account management, a valid California driver's license, and a passion for improving patient

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with referral sources in assigned territory.

• Provide ongoing support to providers and patients throughout treatment.
• Contribute to sales strategies to achieve goals.

As a Home Infusion Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in expanding access to essential home infusion therapy for patients in Southern California. You will leverage your expertise and passion for helping others to build relationships with healthcare providers and educate them on the benefits of our services. What You Will Do:

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare system and reimbursement models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Highly motivated and self-directed with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Passionate about patient care and improving patient outcomes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A Plus:
• Experience in home infusion or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of California (preferred).
• Managed care experience (preferred).
