Job summary

CSI Pharmacy is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (PRN) to perform patient home visits within a 2-hour radius from Armory, MS. Under supervision, you will administer infusions, assess patients, educate caregivers, and maintain documentation of care and outcomes.

The role requires RN with 2 years infusion/ER/ICU experience; infusion experience in home health is preferred. Hours are 5-10+ per week, with pay $43-$45 per hour plus mileage.

Qualifications

• RN with 2 years of experience required.
• ER/ICU/Infusion experience 1 year preferred.
• Infusion experience in home health or hospital setting recommended.

Responsibilities

• Infuse medications in patients' homes.
• Assess patient health history and vital signs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications and side effects.
• Document infusion data and maintain records.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and clinical team.
