Job summary

CSI Pharmacy is seeking an in-home infusion Registered Nurse (PRN) to provide comprehensive infusion therapy to patients at their residences in Jackson, MS. The role includes administering IV or subcutaneous medications, assessing patients, and coordinating with pharmacists and the nursing team.

Travel up to 2 hours from Jackson is required and compensated by hourly pay plus mileage. The position requires RN licensure, at least 2 years of infusion experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must possess the ability to multi-task and frequently change direction.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to a reliable automobile.
• RN: 2 years (Required)
• Infusion experience in a hospital or Home Health setting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accessing PIV lines, Ports and maintaining PICC lines: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home infusion therapy with regular travel required to and from patient residences.
• Administers prescribed medications through IV, subcutaneous, or other routes per orders and protocols.
• Monitors patients during infusion and responds promptly to adverse reactions or complications.
• Performs pre-treatment assessments including medical history and allergies for safe therapy.
• Maintains thorough documentation of infusion, patient education, and follow-up instructions.
• Coordinates with nursing and pharmacy staff to implement treatment plans.
