Job summary

CSI Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a licensed RN to perform in‑home infusion therapy and support pharmacy operations. The role requires travel to patient residences to administer IV and SC medications, conduct assessments, and provide education while maintaining thorough documentation.

The schedule ranges from 5–10 hours per week (not guaranteed), with travel up to 2 hours from Effingham, IL. Mileage is compensated at $0.48/mile, and PPE and safety protocols must be followed.

Qualifications

• RN license required and 2 years experience in ER/ICU/Infusion preferred
• Infusion experience in home health or clinical settings
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle
• PIV lines/Ports experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home infusion therapy with regular travel to patient residences
• Administer IV or subcutaneous medications per orders and protocols
• Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after infusion
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, side effects, and aftercare
• Coordinate follow‑ups and document treatment progress and adverse events
