Job summary

Naven Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under physician plans of care.

The role emphasizes patient safety, documentation, and teamwork with the Clinical team. The candidate will perform nursing treatments, administer medications, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of infusion nursing experience in home or ambulatory settings.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class per policy).

Responsibilities

• Initiates and adjusts intermediate nursing plan of care treatments at home or infusion suite.
• Assesses patient needs and status during visits and documents findings.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure safety and compliance.
• Educates patients and families to achieve independence with prescribed therapy.
• Communicates with Clinical team, physicians, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
