Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• One year of acute care, home health, or community health experience within the last two years.
• Completion of all licensure and training requirements as applicable by state law.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments for each client.
• Monitor infusion sites and systems and maintain aseptic technique.
• Administer and monitor IV medications and therapies including antineoplastics, nutrition, antibiotics, and analgesics.
• Follow medication rights and document care clearly and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and pharmacists as needed and provide client education.
