Job summary

InfuCare Rx seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our IVIG infusion program, delivering patient-centered care in the home infusion setting. You will monitor patients during IV therapy, manage equipment, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, 3 years’ nursing experience (preferably home care), strong IV skills, and a valid CPR certificate.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ RN experience preferred, ideally with home care experience and strong IV skills.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition during IV therapy and promptly notify the nursing team of any changes.
• Collaborate with an exceptional team to achieve positive patient care outcomes.
• Discuss health care with patients and relay concerns to the nursing team.
• Administer IV therapy and ensure proper technique and safety.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
