Job summary

Dynamic Access Llc is seeking a Home Infusion RN to deliver infusion therapy in patient homes and clinical settings in the Toledo area. The role focuses on IVIG, monoclonal antibodies, enzyme replacement, clotting factors, and other therapies, requiring strong nursing skills and patient-centered care.

The candidate will report to the Area Director of Infusion Services and should have 3+ years of nursing experience, IV proficiency, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• Excellent IV skills and passion for patient care.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and with teams in home care.
• Proficient in EHR documentation.
• Experience in critical care preferred.
• CRNI infusion therapy certification is a plus.
• Pediatrics and adult medical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer infusion therapies per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patients during infusion for safety and efficacy.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, side effects, and self-care.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and tailor care.
• Document care plans, treatments, and outcomes promptly.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
