Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Home Infusion Therapy RN in Mesa, AZ. The role leverages acute care and IV infusion expertise to deliver antibiotics, chemotherapy and other therapies directly to patients at home. The position emphasizes personalized, compassionate care and building strong patient/family relationships.

Schedule is 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call rotation to be added later. Requires active RN license, BLS, chemotherapy training within 6 months, and Arizona Fingerprint

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Chemotherapy training within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, and educational needs.
• Plan and coordinate comprehensive infusion care and discharge planning.
• Implement care based on physician orders and nursing plan of care.
• Document patient data, interventions and responses in the chart.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and home care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Support continuous improvement and safety in care delivery.
