Job summary

DOMO Health is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) PRN to administer specialty infusion therapies in patients’ homes. Visits are scheduled around your availability and you choose patients and visits that fit your life.

You will perform IV insertions, port access, and teach patients and caregivers about their therapy while ensuring timely documentation and safety. This is a W-2 position with competitive hourly pay starting at $55/hour.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice (multistate compact license accepted where applicable).
• 2+ years of nursing experience; ICU, infusion, or home health strongly preferred.
• Confident IV skills: peripheral insertion, port access, central line care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred).
• Reliable transportation, active auto insurance, and a smartphone.
• Own basic clinical equipment (BP cuff, pulse oximeter, thermometer, stethoscope).
• Infusion supplies and meds come from the pharmacy and nurses only bring their basic equipment.
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV and subcutaneous infusion therapies per prescriber orders.
• Perform peripheral IV insertion, port access, and PICC/central line care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on their therapy.
• Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions.
• Complete visit documentation within 24 hours.
