Job summary

DOMO Health is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN, W-2 employment in South Carolina. You will administer IVIG, biologics, antibiotics, and other therapies in patients' homes, choosing visits that fit your availability and lifestyle.

You’ll perform IV insertions, educate patients, monitor for adverse reactions, and complete documentation within 24 hours of each visit. Equal opportunity employer; mileage reimbursed; flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state; compact license accepted where applicable.
• 2+ years of nursing experience; ICU, infusion, or home health preferred.
• Confident IV skills: peripheral insertion, port access, central line care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer IV and subcutaneous infusion therapies per prescriber orders.
• Perform peripheral IV insertion, port access, and central line care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on their therapy.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and respond accordingly.
• Complete visit documentation within 24 hours.
