Job summary

DOMO Health is seeking a PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) in Alabama to administer specialty therapies in patients' homes. You will choose visits based on your availability, providing flexible scheduling and autonomy in selecting assignments.

Responsibilities include IV/SC infusions, IV access, patient education, monitoring for reactions, and timely documentation. Multistate compact license may apply; BLS/CPR is required, and liability coverage is provided.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice (multistate compact license accepted where applicable).
• 2+ years of nursing experience; ICU, infusion, or home health strongly preferred.
• Confident IV skills: peripheral insertion, port access, central line care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer IV and subcutaneous infusion therapies per prescriber orders.
• Perform peripheral IV insertion, port access, and PICC/central line care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on their therapy.
• Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions.
• Complete visit documentation within 24 hours.
