Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice (AZ preferred).
• 2+ years nursing experience; infusion or home health strongly preferred.
• Confident IV skills: peripheral insertion, port access, central line care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV/SC infusion therapies per orders.
• Perform peripheral IV insertion and port/central line care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and intervene as needed.
• Complete visit documentation within 24 hours.
