Job summary

CureCare is seeking dedicated Home Infusion RNs to deliver infusion therapy and bedside nursing in patients' homes across the Northeast. This per diem role offers flexibility with a minimum 20 hours per month and the opportunity to build your own book of business.

You will join a team that values quality patient care, with support from CureCare's Clinical and Corporate teams. Responsibilities include patient education, care coordination, and timely documentation using electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 2+ years infusion experience in clinical care setting.
• Ability to work independently in home care settings.
• Proficient with peripheral IV insertion and nursing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients, provide infusion therapy, education, and monitoring.
• Establish and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed.
• Administer medications, assess for side effects.
• Maintain knowledge of infusion therapies applicable to home care.
• Assess patient appropriateness for home infusion.
• Document patient history and clinical information.
• Provide skilled care as ordered.
• Communicate patient response to care promptly.
