Job summary

CureCare, LLC is seeking experienced Home Infusion RNs to deliver high-quality infusion therapy and nursing services in patients' homes across the Northeast. This per diem role offers flexibility, a community-focused team, and the opportunity to build a patient book with available hours contributing to full-time benefits after qualification.

Responsibilities include infusion therapy, vascular access, patient education, and detailed EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to commute to patient’s house.
• Minimum 2+ years infusion experience in a clinical care setting.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.
• Proficient with peripheral IV insertion.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide infusion therapy, education, and monitoring for patients at home.
• Establish and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed.
• Administer medications and assess for side effects.
• Document patient history and care in EMR.
• Assess patient appropriateness for home infusion and provide skilled care as ordered.
• Communicate patient response to care promptly.
