Job summary

As a Float Health nurse, you will administer IV medications, start and maintain IVs, monitor patients, and provide education and support while delivering safe, efficient nursing care in

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 3+ years hospital-based nursing or home infusion experience.
• Ability to obtain nursing liability insurance during onboarding.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including:

• Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies
• Starting and maintaining peripheral IVs
• Monitoring patients throughout treatment
• Providing patient education and support
• Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care

Requirements

• Education/Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license, ADN/BSN accepted
• Current BLS certification
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
• 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
