Job summary

Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need specialty medications administered in the comfort of their homes. As a Float Health nurse, you will provide one-on-one infusion care in patients’ homes and choose visits that fit your location and schedule.

There is no minimum commitment and no obligation to accept a visit. You will administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies, start and maintain peripheral IVs, monitor patients, and provide education and

Qualifications

• Active RN license required (ADN/BSN accepted).
• Current BLS certification.
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain it during onboarding.
• 3+ years hospital-based nursing or home infusion/infusion center experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies.
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment.
• Provide patient education and support.

What You'll Do

As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including:

• Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies
• Starting and maintaining peripheral IVs
• Monitoring patients throughout treatment
• Providing patient education and support
• Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care

Requirements

• Education/Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; ADN/BSN accepted
• Current BLS certification
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
• 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
