Job summary

Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need specialty medications administered in patients' homes. You choose visits that fit your location and schedule, with no minimum commitment or obligation to accept a visit.

As a Float Health nurse, you provide one-on-one infusion care in patients' homes, including IV medications and education. Independent contractor status offers flexible, visit-based workloads aligned with your Georgia location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license (ADN/BSN accepted).
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding.
• 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes.
• Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies.
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Deliver safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care.

What You'll Do

As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one‑on‑one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including:

• Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies
• Starting and maintaining peripheral IVs
• Monitoring patients throughout treatment
• Providing patient education and support
• Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care

Requirements

• Education/Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; ADN/BSN accepted
• Current BLS certification
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
• 3+ years of hospital‑based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
