Job summary

Float Health, Inc. connects experienced nurses with patients in their homes for specialty infusion care. You choose visits that fit your location and schedule, with no minimum commitment or obligation to accept a visit.

As an independent contractor, you will perform one-on-one care, administer IV medications, start IVs, monitor patients, and provide education and support, all while maintaining high standards of safety and compassion.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required; ADN/BSN acceptable.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes.
• Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies.
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs and monitor patients during treatment.
• Offer patient education and support; deliver safe, compassionate care.

What You'll Do

As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including:

• Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies
• Starting and maintaining peripheral IVs
• Monitoring patients throughout treatment
• Providing patient education and support
• Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care

Requirements

• Education/Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; ADN/BSN accepted
• Current BLS certification
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
• 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
